Omers is a large pension fund in Canada that provides retirement security to more than 500,000 members and retirees. They have a reliable defined benefit pension plan and invest in high-quality assets worldwide. However, to engage with their diverse audience effectively, they needed an efficient strategy to meet their needs. This is where our design agency came in.
The challenge was to improve engagement with Omers' members, particularly in their quarterly newsletter. Despite being a critical information source, it had low click-through rates and needed more engagement. Our design agency provided a team of skilled email designers to transform the newsletter into a visually appealing, easily digestible, and information-packed communication tool. We aimed to create a design that reflected Omers' simplicity and worry-free experience.
Our solution was successful, with the newsletter's click-through rate increasing by approximately 10%. We achieved a remarkable CTR of 11.5% with over 1 million opens and 63,572 clicks. Our design innovations helped Omers achieve its mission to ensure a bright future for its members by effectively communicating the pension plan's value. This contributed to increased member satisfaction and trust.
